Oklahoma High School Basketball - Douglass holds off Lancaster
December 17, 2022: Oklahoma City, OK 73117 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Douglass Trojans (Oklahoma City, OK) and the visiting Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX), saw Douglass's basketball squad hold off Lancaster by a tally of 69-64.
With the victory, Douglass improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City, OK) to confront the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Crandall Pirates (Crandall, TX) in a 5A Region II District 14 challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Lancaster will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 63-42 non-league loss to Carter (Dallas, TX).
