Virginia High School Basketball - Lord Botetourt nips Fluvanna County
December 17, 2022: Daleville, VA 24083 Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA), 74-69 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lord Botetourt upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Blacksburg lost 62-59 in their recent non-league bout against Carroll County (Hillsville, VA)
Next up, the Flying Flucos play the Spotswood Trailblazers (Penn Laird, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Fluvanna County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
