Arkansas High School Basketball - Forrest City knocked off by Greene County Tech
December 17, 2022: Paragould, AR 72450 The Greene County Tech Golden Eagles basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Forrest City Mustangs to 59 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nettleton for a 5A East contest on Saturday, January 7.
The Mustangs (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Highland (Hardy, AR). The Rebels enter the 4A Region 3 contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Highland ran past Mammoth Spring (Mammoth Spring, AR), 58-56, in a non-league contest.
