Texas High School Basketball - Taft ripped by Fox Tech

The Fox Tech Buffaloes basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Taft Greyhounds to 29 in the Buffaloes non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Buffaloes now sport a 5-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sinton for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. Fox Tech will meet a Pirates team coming off a 60-55 non-league win over La Vernia (La Vernia, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 4-7.

The Greyhounds (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Kenedy (Kenedy, TX). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Kenedy triumphed over Brooks Academy of Science & Engineering (San Antonio, TX), 48-41, in a non-league contest.
