In Saturday's non-league outing, the Huntington North Vikings (Huntington, IN) basketball squad beat the visiting Hobart Brickies (Hobart, IN), by a margin of 43-27.

The Vikings (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Peru (Peru, IN). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Peru defeated Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN), 51-41, in a league outing.

The Brickies now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Station Edison for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 27. Hobart will clash with a Fighting Eagles squad coming off a 73-70 league win over Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN). The Fighting Eagles record now stands at 6-1.
