John Marshall Justices (Richmond, VA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Virginia Academy Patriots (Ashburn, VA), 73-49 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, John Marshall upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Justices host Millbrook (Raleigh, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 6-2. Millbrook lost 81-64 in their recent non-league bout against Northwood (Pittsboro, NC)

Next up, the Patriots play the Highland Hawks (Warrenton, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Virginia Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Hawks come into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 60-58 non-league win over Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA).
