December 17, 2022: Sycamore, IL 60178 The Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) basketball crushed the host Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL), 71-41 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Tigers (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Lincoln-Way West was trounced by Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL), 58-52, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Morris for a Interstate Eight test on Tuesday, December 20. Sycamore will encounter a Redskins squad coming off a 78-69 league win over Rochelle (Rochelle, IL). The Redskins record now stands at 3-6.
