The Spring Creek Spartans basketball team scored 36 points and held the host South Tahoe Vikings to 28 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fernley for a contest on Friday, January 6.

The Vikings (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record.
