With the victory, Denham Springs improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host White Castle (White Castle, LA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 30. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 4-3.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Dutchtown Griffins (Geismar, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 28. Assumption will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 64-16 non-league win over South Lafourche (Galliano, LA).
