Virginia High School Basketball - Freeman crushes Banner Christian

Freeman Mavericks (Richmond, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Banner Christian (Chesterfield, VA), 66-13 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Freeman upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA) to clash with the Jaguars in a Colonial bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Glen Allen won 58-31 in their recent non-league bout against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA)

Next up, the clash with the Kenston Forest Kavaliers (Blackstone, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Banner Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
