California High School Basketball - Costa Mesa ripped by Tustin
December 17, 2022: Tustin, CA 92780 The Tustin Tillers basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Costa Mesa Mustangs to 23 in the Tillers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tillers now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newport Harbor for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Tustin will meet a Sailors team coming off a 60-31 non-league loss to Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Sailors record now stands at 0-12.
The Mustangs (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Margaret's (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Tartans enter the Orange Coast contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, St. Margaret's triumphed over Santa Ana (Santa Ana, CA), 54-29, in a league contest.
