North Carolina High School Basketball - South Mecklenburg crushes Greer

December 17, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28210

South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Greer Yellow Jackets (Greer, SC), 78-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, South Mecklenburg upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Sabres travel to Mauldin (Mauldin, SC) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Mauldin won 54-30 in their recent non-league bout against Greenwood (Greenwood, SC)

Next up, the Yellow Jackets play the Greenville Red Raiders (Greenville, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Greer will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record.
