The Trinity Catholic Celtics basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Matanzas Pirates to 17 in the Celtics non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Celtics now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gainesville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Trinity Catholic will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 57-33 non-league loss to Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 6-4.

The Pirates (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Florida School for the Deaf & Blind (St. Augustine, FL). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record.
