Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL), 52-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Naperville North upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Huskies host Benet Academy (Lisle, IL) to play the Redwings in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Redwings go into the bout with a record of 8-2.

Next up, the Eagles play the Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Sandburg will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 55-35 league loss to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL).
