In Saturday's non-league outing, the Rivercrest Colts (Wilson, AR) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Walnut Ridge Bobcats (Walnut Ridge, AR), by a margin of 65-43.

The Colts (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Manila (Manila, AR). The Lions go into the 3A Region 3 outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Manila smashed Piggott (Piggott, AR), 57-52, in a league outing.
