Wyoming High School Basketball - Wind River nips Wright
December 17, 2022: Pavillion, WY 82523 Wind River Cougars (Pavillion, WY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Wright Panthers (Wright, WY), 40-38 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Wind River upgrades its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Wyoming Indian (Ethete, WY) to play the in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The come into the bout with a record of 6-1. Wyoming Indian won 59-54 in their recent non-league bout against Tongue River (Dayton, WY)
Next up, the Panthers play the Moorcroft Wolves (Moorcroft, WY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Wright will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Wolves come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 70-36 non-league loss to Douglas (Douglas, WY).
