Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) and the host North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV), saw Lowry's basketball squad overcome North Valleys by a tally of 56-44.

With the victory, Lowry improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Buckaroos host Churchill County (Fallon, NV) to confront the Greenwave in a challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Greenwave come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 27. North Valleys will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 65-7 league loss to Incline (Incline Village, NV).
