The Paradise Honors Panthers basketball squad (Surprise, AZ), was nudged 62-57 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting ALA - Gilbert North Eagles (Gilbert, AZ)

With the victory, ALA - Gilbert North advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO) to meet the Grizzlies in a non-league battle on Thursday, December 19. The Grizzlies enter the battle with a record of 4-1. ThunderRidge lost 68-60 in their recent non-league battle against Chaparral (Parker, CO)

The Panthers now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shadow Mountain for a 4A Skyline battle on Tuesday, January 7. Paradise Honors will meet a Matadors squad coming off a 57-46 non-league loss to Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ). The Matadors record now stands at 4-4.
