December 17, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87107 Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM), 64-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Albuquerque Academy advances its record to 4-5 on the year. The Chargers travel to Belen (Belen, NM) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 4-4. Belen lost 44-38 in their recent non-league match against Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM)
The Panthers now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Santa Rosa for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. Menaul will face a Lions squad coming off a 69-62 non-league loss to Texico (Texico, NM). The Lions record now stands at 3-2.
