December 17, 2024: Alvarado, TX 76009 The Alvarado Indians (Alvarado, TX) basketball edged the visiting Brock Eagles (Brock, TX), 68-63 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Indians now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Life Waxahachie for a 4A Region II District 12 bout on Friday, December 20. Alvarado will play a Mustangs team coming off a 63-49 league win over Godley (Godley, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Brock falls to 11-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 1-11. Fort Worth Christian lost 72-55 in their recent league bout against Grace Prep (Arlington, TX)
