California High School Basketball - Yucca Valley victorious over Cathedral City
December 17, 2024: Yucca Valley, CA 92284 In Tuesday's league contest, the host Yucca Valley Trojans basketball team scored a good 65-50 triumph over the Cathedral City Lions.
The Trojans (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against La Quinta (La Quinta, CA). The Blackhawks go into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, La Quinta topped Coachella Valley (Thermal, CA), 1-0, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Desert Chapel Eagles (Palm Springs, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 19. Cathedral City will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 8-1 record after their 65-6 league win over Joshua Springs Christian (Yucca Valley, CA).
