California High School Basketball - Hesperia toppled by Foothill
December 17, 2024: Santa Ana, CA 92705 Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA), 62-54 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Foothill upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA) to face the Chargers in a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 5-5. Dos Pueblos lost 70-61 in their recent league match against Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA)
The Scorpions now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glendora for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Hesperia will face a Tartans squad coming off a 72-66 league win over Ayala (Chino Hills, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 11-3.
