Merrillville Pirates (Merrillville, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors (Hammond, IN), 62-57 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Merrillville upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Pirates travel to East Chicago Central (East Chicago, IN) to face the Cardinals in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 7-2.
