Maryland High School Basketball - Havre de Grace holds off Poly
December 17, 2024: Havre de Grace, MD 21078 The Havre de Grace Warriors basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Poly Engineers to 55 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Patterson Mill for a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake game on Thursday, December 19. Havre de Grace will confront a team coming off a 74-66 league win over Fallston (Fallston, MD). The record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, Poly falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Engineers host Forest Park (Baltimore, MD) to confront the Foresters in a Baltimore City game on Thursday, December 19.
