December 17, 2024: Elmhurst, IL 60126 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host IC Catholic Prep Knights basketball team scored a big 81-31 triumph over the Horizon Science Academy-Southwest Huskies.
The Knights (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL). The Caravan go into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Chicago Mt. Carmel was trounced by Fenwick (Oak Park, IL), 71-58, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Huskies battle the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - White Central contest, on Thursday, December 19. Horizon Science Academy-Southwest will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 3-7 record after their 76-53 league loss to Dunbar (Chicago, IL).
