La Crosse Central Riverhawks (La Crosse, WI) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Menomonie Mustangs (Menomonie, WI), 55-54 in a non-league match.

With the victory, La Crosse Central advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Riverhawks host DeForest (DeForest, WI) to face the Norskies in a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. The Norskies enter the match with a record of 1-4. DeForest won 63-52 in their recent league match against Watertown (Watertown, WI)
