December 17, 2024: Philip, SD 57567 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Lemmon Cowboys basketball team scored a big 52-26 triumph over the Philip Scotties.
The Cowboys (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] (Elgin, ND). The go into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] was trounced by New Salem (New Salem, ND), 70-56, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Scotties battle the Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 19. Philip will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
