The Newmarket Mules basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Mascenic Regional Vikings to 47 in the Mules league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mules now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Wilton-Lyndeborough for a Division IV game on Thursday, December 19. Newmarket will confront a Warriors team coming off a 48-36 league win over Mount Royal Academy (Sunapee, NH). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Mascenic Regional falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Franklin (Franklin, NH) to confront the Tornadoes in a Division IV game on Friday, January 3. The Tornadoes go into the game with a record of 2-2.
