Florida High School Basketball - Sunset nips Pinecrest Prep
December 17, 2024: Miami, FL 33183 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Sunset Knights basketball team scored a close 51-50 triumph over the Pinecrest Prep Crocs'.
The Knights (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Varela (Miami, FL). The Vipers go into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Varela was tipped by Ferguson (Miami, FL), 47-46, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Crocs' battle the Schoolhouse Prep Wolfpack (Miami, FL) in a 1A District 16 contest, on Wednesday, December 18. Pinecrest Prep will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Wolfpack go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 80-48 non-league win over Hebrew Academy (Miami Beach, FL).
