December 17, 2024: Poth, TX 78147 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Poth Pirates basketball team scored a close 54-47 triumph over the Sinton Pirates.
The Pirates (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wimberley (Wimberley, TX). The Texans go into the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Wimberley was tipped by Pottsboro (Pottsboro, TX), 59-56, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. Sinton will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 10-10 record after their 59-43 league win over Alice (Alice, TX).
