Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors (Roanoke, VA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA), 76-59 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Southwest Virginia Academy advances its record to 8-4 on the year. The Conquerors travel to Lynchburg HomeSchool (Lynchburg, VA) to face the Patriots in a Virginia HomeSchool match on Monday, January 6. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 3-7. Lynchburg HomeSchool lost 53-38 in their recent non-league match against Regents (Charlottesville, VA)

The Tornadoes now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christian Heritage Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19.
