Wisconsin High School Basketball - Caledonia thwarts Onalaska
December 17, 2024: Onalaska, WI 54650 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Caledonia Warriors (Caledonia, MN) and the host Onalaska Hilltoppers (Onalaska, WI), observed Caledonia's basketball team knock off Onalaska by a score of 45-32.
The Warriors (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN). The Falcons come into the A Section 1 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Wabasha-Kellogg prevailed over Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN), 43-35, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers encounter the Holmen Vikings (Holmen, WI) in a Mississippi Valley challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Onalaska will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 60-50 non-league loss to Marshfield (Marshfield, WI).
