With the victory, Smithville advances its record to 11-0 on the year. The Braves host Wright City (Wright City, OK) to meet the Lumberjax in a McCurtain Six battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Lumberjax enter the battle with a record of 3-6.
The Yellow Jackets now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clayton for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 19. Cameron will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 43-40 league win over Leflore (Leflore, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.
