In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Champaign Central Maroons basketball team scored a good 58-50 win over the Rantoul Eagles.

The Maroons (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Danville (Danville, IL). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Danville defeated Lanphier (Springfield, IL), 41-38, in a non-league contest.
