The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) and the host Hemingway Tigers (Hemingway, SC), observed South Columbus's basketball team overwhelm Hemingway by a score of 42-21.

The Stallions (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Patriots come into the 1A/2A Waccamaw challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Pender was routed by Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC), 32-25, in a non-league challenge.
