December 17, 2024: Scottsdale, AZ 85250 Thunderbird Titans (Phoenix, AZ) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ), 54-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Thunderbird upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Titans host Cortez (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Colts in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 18. The Colts enter the match with a record of 0-1. Cortez lost 48-21 in their recent non-league match against Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ)
The Sabercats now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mesquite for a match on Tuesday, January 7. Saguaro will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 81-8 non-league win over ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-2.
