Mississippi High School Soccer - Perry Central knocks off West Marion
December 17, 2024: New Augusta, MS 39462 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Perry Central Bulldogs (New Augusta, MS) and the visiting West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS), saw Perry Central's soccer squad triumph over West Marion by a count of 6-1.
The Bulldogs (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Loyd Star (Brookhaven, MS). The Hornets enter the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Loyd Star tipped Wesson (Wesson, MS), 5-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Trojans battle the North Forrest Eagles (Hattiesburg, MS) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, January 7. West Marion will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Laurel (Laurel, MS).
