December 17, 2025: Pine Ridge, SD 57770 The McLaughlin Mustangs basketball squad (McLaughlin, SD), was crushed 70-16 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Lakota Tech Tatanka (Pine Ridge, SD)
The Tatanka (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Omaha Nation (Macy, NE). The Chiefs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Omaha Nation trounced Custer (Custer, SD), 54-20, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, December 18. McLaughlin will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 54-20 non-league loss to Omaha Nation (Macy, NE).
