Eastern Hancock Royals (Charlottesville, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Knightstown Panthers (Knightstown, IN), 60-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eastern Hancock upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Royals host Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 19. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Cambridge City Lincoln lost 64-51 in their recent non-league bout against North Decatur (Greensburg, IN)

Next up, the Panthers play the Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) in a Tri-Eastern bout, on Saturday, December 19. Knightstown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 78-45 league loss to Winchester Community (Winchester, IN).
