Virginia High School Basketball - Battlefield crushes North Stafford
December 18, 2021: Stafford, VA 22554 Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host North Stafford Wolverines (Stafford, VA), 69-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Battlefield upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Osbourn (Manassas, VA) to confront the Eagles in a Western challenge on Friday, January 7. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Wolverines confront the Uniontown Red Raiders (Uniontown, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 28. North Stafford will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 59-56 league win over Southmoreland (Alverton, PA).
