The Grafton Clippers basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Granby Comets to 46 in the Clippers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Clippers now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warhill for a Bay Rivers contest on Wednesday, January 5.

The Comets (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Marshall (Richmond, VA). The Justices enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Marshall was nudged by Landstown (Virginia Beach, VA), 63-61, in a non-league contest.
