The Lyons now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crittenden County for a District 5 battle on Monday, December 20. Lyon County will confront a Rockets team coming off a 56-47 league win over Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 6-0.
The Colonels (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Colonels come into the non-league battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Dixie Heights edged Central Hardin (Cecilia, KY), 74-47, in a non-league battle.
