Kentucky High School Basketball - Williamstown fells Trimble County
December 18, 2021: Bedford, KY 40006 Williamstown Demons (Williamstown, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY), 32-23 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Williamstown upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Demons travel to Middle Tennessee Christian (Murfreesboro, TN) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, December 20. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Middle Tennessee Christian won 60-40 in their recent league bout against Franklin Road Academy (Nashville, TN)
Next up, the Raiders play the Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers (Madison, IN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 20. Trimble County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 56-19 league loss to Switzerland County (Vevay, IN).
