The Central Blue Devils basketball team scored 83 points and restricted the visiting Hackensack Comets to 78 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Sunday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Side for a Super Essex - American contest on Tuesday, December 20.

The Comets (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ). The Gaels come into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record.
