Maryland High School Basketball - Link Academy holds off St. Frances Academy
December 18, 2022: Baltimore, MD 21202 Fans at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Link Academy Lions (Branson, MO) and the host St. Frances Academy Panthers (Baltimore, MD), saw Link Academy's basketball squad hold off St. Frances Academy by a tally of 68-64.
With the victory, Link Academy improves its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to George School (Newtown, PA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 6-1.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Calvert Hall Cardinals (Baltimore, MD) in a MIAA A - Black challenge, on Friday, December 23. St. Frances Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
