In Monday's non-league match, the host Comenius Knights basketball team scored a decisive 85-23 triumph over the Riverwalk Academy Lions.

In their next game, the Knights meet the South Charlotte Thunder Thunder (Matthews, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 19. Comenius will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Thunder enter the match with a 5-7 record after their 69-57 league loss to Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC).
