North Carolina High School Basketball - Lee County falls to Franklinton

December 18, 2023: Sanford, NC 27330

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Franklinton Rams basketball team scored a good 73-55 triumph over the Lee County Yellow Jackets.

In their next game, the Rams meet the Northern Durham Knights (Durham, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 27. Franklinton will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 2-6 record after their 72-37 non-league loss to Person (Roxboro, NC).

With the defeat, Lee County moves to 2-4 on the year. The Yellow jackets travel to Western Alamance (Elon, NC) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 19. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 4-3. Western Alamance won 53-41 in their recent league match against Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC)
