December 18, 2023: Lititz, PA 17543 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Manheim Township Blue Streaks (Lancaster, PA) and the host Warwick Warriors (Lititz, PA), saw Manheim Township's basketball squad hold off Warwick by a tally of 42-39.
With the victory, Manheim Township improves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Blue Streaks host Hempfield (Landisville, PA) to play the Black Knights in a Lancaster-Lebanon 1 challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Hempfield lost 70-51 in their recent league challenge against Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Solanco Golden Mules (Quarryville, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. Warwick will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Golden Mules come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 76-46 non-league win over York Suburban (York, PA).
