Ohio High School Basketball - Northland knocked off by Taft
December 18, 2023: Columbus, OH 43229 The Taft Senators basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Northland Vikings to 52 in the Senators non-league triumph on Monday.
The Senators now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Peninsula Catholic for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. Taft will battle a Knights team coming off a 69-46 non-league win over Rise Academy (Richmond, VA). The Knights record now stands at 4-5.
The Vikings (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Columbus, OH). The Stars enter the Columbus City - North contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Centennial ran past Whetstone (Columbus, OH), 53-52, in a league contest.
