New York High School Basketball - Western New York Maritime Charter overwhelmed by Olmsted
December 18, 2023: Buffalo, NY 14215 The Western New York Maritime Charter Commodores basketball team (Buffalo, NY), was routed 65-29 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Olmsted Owls (Buffalo, NY)
The Owls now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside for a Section 6 Buffalo II battle on Wednesday, December 20. Olmsted will battle a Frontiers team coming off a 61-55 league win over Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca (Buffalo, NY). The Frontiers record now stands at 2-4.
The Commodores (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Fredonia (Fredonia, NY). The Hillbillies come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Fredonia overwhelmed Buffalo Academy for Visual & Performing Arts (Buffalo, NY), 71-28, in a non-league bout.
